PLEASE VOLUNTEER FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ONE-HOUR JOBS:
Friday camp setup and greet (2:00pm) Friday evening gate monitor
Monday gate monitor Sat & Sun supper preparation
Sat & Sun supper clean up Monday 2:00 pm end of camp clean up
Early morning tea service Manage lights for night dancing

Do you plan on staying onsite for the entire retreat (arrive Friday, depart Monday)?
    Yes, yay! I am free to fully experience this camp.
    I can happily attend the program full-time, but do need to sleep offsite. Please send me commuter arrangements information.
    I would like to come for part of the retreat. Partial Attender Application requested. (For Partial Attendance application: Complete online registration for now but wait to pay until you hear from registrar. Please email application to Registrar by Aug. 1st. Due to the nature of this retreat, partial attendance is subject to approval and requires special arrangements.)

Cost: $85 per adult, $15 per child (up to age 12).
Subtract $15.00 each if registered by Aug 1st
          (Kids FREE if you register them before 8/01)
No one turned away for lack of funds; see below for scholarship information.

Limited scholarships are available in case of need. Application for scholarship will be emailed on request and must be submitted to the registrar by Aug 1st.

Donation for scholarship fund (suggested amount $5 to $10, any amount welcome)

*Refund Policy* If circumstances change and you are unable to make it to camp, you must notify us by August 16th to receive a refund.
